Warranties on systems carry 2 year parts and labour return to depot warranty on the motherboard and CPU. Warranties on on all other components carry 1 year parts and labour return to depot warranty.
Damage or loss of user installed software or data is not covered by warranty.
External peripherals (including monitor, printer, etc) covered under manufacturer's warranty only; returns during first year handled by IT Services. After the first year warranty will be handled by IT Services for a nominal fee plus any shipping expenses OR the customer may deal directly with the manufacturer’s warranty depot.
Warranty is limited to the value of the PC and in no case includes coverage for consequential damages, loss of earning or profits, or any other damages incurred by the use, misuse or failure of these items.

Laptops and Notebooks Warranty Information

Warranties on iNote laptops (IT Services brand) carry 1 year parts and labour return to depot warranty subject to the terms and conditions listed below. Additional warranties can be purchased for your new iNote laptop but they must be purchased during the intial puchase of your iNote. They cannot be added on once the laptop has been picked up or shipped.

Seller is not responsible for system downtime, lost data or programs, or software compatibility or incompatibility. Seller does not warrant that the use of the Goods will be uninterrupted or the results of use will be error free, in terms of Compatibility, Correctness, Accuracy, or Reliability. In no event shall Seller be liable for any loss of use, revenue, or profit of the customer, or for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising out of connected with or resulting from the sale or non-performance of goods. Seller does not warrant that the goods are designed to be used and operated with any life support equipment. Therefore, the Buyer takes his own risk if the Goods are used or resold for those purposes. And, the Buyer takes sole and full responsibility for any form of consequential injury or damages arising out of the purchase and operation of the Goods.
